1. Introduction

Welcome to Nickson Kitale Furniture. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and purchases made from our store. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2.1 Deposit Requirement

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value is required to confirm and commence production of your order
• The deposit secures materials and production time for your furniture
• Orders will not be processed until the deposit is received and cleared

2.2 Balance Payment

• The remaining balance must be paid in full before delivery or upon delivery before installation
• We accept cash, mobile money (M-Pesa), and bank transfers
• Furniture will not be released for delivery until full payment is received

2.3 Pricing

• All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES)
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price
• Additional charges may apply for custom designs, special materials, or complex installations

3.1 Delivery Timeline

• Production time varies based on the complexity and current workload (typically 2-4 weeks)
• We will provide an estimated delivery date at the time of order confirmation
• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed, though we make every effort to meet them

3.2 Delivery Charges

• Free delivery within Kitale town
• Delivery charges apply to areas outside Kitale
• Costs for deliveries outside Kitale vary based on the location
• We will provide the delivery cost during order confirmation
• Payment for delivery (if applicable) is required along with the final balance before delivery

3.3 Installation

• Basic installation is included for all furniture purchases
• Complex installations or special requirements may incur additional charges
• Customer must ensure clear access to the installation area

4.1 Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full deposit refund
• After 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable as materials may have been purchased and production scheduled
• Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled

4.2 Design Changes

• Design changes may be made within 24 hours of order confirmation
• After 24 hours, changes may incur additional charges and affect delivery timelines
• Once production has begun, design changes cannot be accommodated
